Frequently Asked Questions

  • On what products can you print?
    We can pretty much do it all or have an industry leading partner who does. For example, shirts, hats, cups, glass, keychains, magnets, foam fingers, beach balls, bottles, tech gear, bags, etc. We are a reliable, professional,enjoyable one stop shop for all your custom apparel or promo products needs.
  • What is your turnaround time?
    10-14 business days for apparel once your order is paid for and all art proofs are approved. Promo products are a case by case basis, but typically fall within this timeframe. This excludes shipping time and weekends. For highly customizable items, please contact, as that may increase turnaround time. Expedited options are available. Any delays on our part will be communicated if applicable
  • Can you help me create a design or logo?
    Yes and we'd love to. We can design anything from a simple t-shirt to a corporate logo. Being in the print industry provides us with the know how to create designs that translate across all medias (i.e shirts, hats, embroidery, mugs etc) Our graphic design fees range from $30-$50 an hour depending on the complexity of your project. Our main goal is to ensure you love your design!
  • How quickly will I get an artwork proof for my order?
    Once your order has been paid in full, we will begin work on your artwork. With the vast majority of orders you will have a proof of your order within 24-48 hours. If it is a complex design or additional edits or changes need to be made, this process could be extended.
  • Do you have print minimums?
    Yes Screen Printing is 24 shirts/items per design Embroidery is 6 items per design DTG is 12 shirts per design Vinyl is 12 shirts per design. Promo Products are a case by case basis.
  • What are your quantities for price breaks?
    Custom Apparel/Hats: 12, 24, 36, 48, 72, 144, 288, 577, 1000, 2500, 5000, 10k+ Promo Products: Vary by item
  • When and how do I pay for my order?
    Once you approve your quote, full payment is required up front. Payment terms are available for established customers. We can receive payment via anonline payment link through a credit or debit card or ACH transfer.
  • Do you price match competitors pricing?
    We do. Provide a quote created within the last 3 months from a competitor and we will match as long as the products/print quality, and terms are identical.
  • I purchased my own apparel. Can you decorate it?
    We are happy to embroider or screen print your items. However, we cannot be responsible for damaged apparel that you provide; we cannot replace damaged goods. While it is not common, there are occasions when the embroidery machine or the screen print dryer do not work with the material on the apparel provided. In that case we will stop production and let you know right away.
